it's all about balance

Vistabel (also known as Botulinum Toxin A)

What is Vistabel? Vistabel (also referred to as botox) is a muscle relaxant. Vistabel works by blocking nervous impulses directed towards all of the muscles in to which it has been injected, to prevent them from contracting. Using Vistabel provides a temporary and reversible paralysis of these muscles, to smooth out skin and reduce wrinkles, particularly vertial lines between the eyebrows (called Glabellar Lines), seen when frowning.

Vistabel is a recent introduction to the cosmetic industry’s line of injectable treatments, which was developed and introduced as a competitor to Botox, an injectable used to treat certain wrinkles which occur as a result of muscle movement. Like Botox, Vistabel is derived from botulinum toxin, and is used to treat so-called “dynamic” wrinkles, which occur as a result of facial movement, such as frowning or squinting. These wrinkles can be much more difficult to treat than “static” wrinkles, which occur when skin begins to sag with age. Common examples of dynamic wrinkles are crow’s feet and frown lines, also called “glabellar” lines. Injections are similar as for Botox cosmetic

Vistabel treatments can last up to 4 months. Time between treatments must not be less than 3 months.

Where can I have Vistabel? Vistabel is generally used between the eyebrows to reduce / remove vertical lines in patients under 65 years old, but is also effective on frowns, eyes, eyebrows and some fine lines around the lips.
